Summer is now in full swing. Life is busy yet not without fun. So what's going on at Christian Foundation Grants (CFG)? It's time for summer updates. We take pride in keeping our database filled with the most current information, such as sample grants and new foundations, in order to help you in your search for grants for your organization.
In our updates, one of the features we keep most current are "sample grants." Each of the foundations in our database files a Form 990 and we go through these 990's to determine what types of organizations they support. From there, we select some of those grants to list to give you a better idea of what areas the foundation supports. We try to keep several years' worth of grants listed so you can see the foundation's giving trends.
Our database currently contains over 4,400 foundations, all of which accept applications and have given to faith based causes. However, we want to make sure we offer you the absolute best, so we are always looking for new foundations to add. For example, we just recently finished updating the information on foundations in Michigan and added nearly 50 new foundations. On average, for each state we update, we add in at least 30 new foundations.
With all these updates and new foundations, finding a foundation to support your organization will become simple. (Our great search engine helps with that also!)
